CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing LayLux Aesthetics! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service without impacting other appointments. Emergencies I understand that unexpected situations happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
